Delta Energy Services is very pleased and proud to be one of the main sponsors' for a young lady driver who is making a big impression in a man's world.

By day 28 yr old Fiona Kindness is a solicitor at McGrigors in Aberdeen. Fiona obviously has a passion for speed. Having just acquired her first car back in 2004 – a Subaru Impreza - she immediately took it to Knockhill to see how it would perform. "I wasn't expecting to win. It was more just to give it a try and to see if it was something I'd enjoy. I ended the day with a wrecked car from pushing so hard – I'm a lot more competitive than I had first thought!" Fiona explained.

Her interest in Motorsport has now developed and at the weekends she takes her Nissan Skyline R32 GTR to major racing circuits all over the UK to compete in motorsport events called Time Attack. "I just love the excitement, the buzz, the competition, pushing myself to the limit! I've been doing it for a few years now, but before every race I still get nerves and excitement. Before the final last year, the competition was so close that I couldn't sleep for the week running up to it!" she enthused.

Drivers compete against the clock to set the quickest lap time around the circuit. There are two levels – Club Championship and Pro Class: Fiona has already won the Club Championship and is now competing in the 2011 Pro Class.

Fiona's first season in Pro Class is going well so far as she was third in Oulton Park a few weeks ago and was 1st at Knockhill on the 15th May and is she is leading her class at the moment.

Delta Energy Services are pleased to welcome two new members to the UK team, Rebecca Walton and Callum Bott.

Due to the increasing workload Rebecca Walton will be joining the accounts/administration team to maintain the level of service. Callum Bott has joined the operations team and will assist in the global coordination of inspectors for Delta Energy Services international client base.

Given the positive expansion of our UK office which houses our International Inspection Coordination, International Accounts, Manpower Recruitment Services and our members of our Business Development team, we are pleased to advise that from January 2010 they will be relocated to new purpose built offices in the West Midlands. During the move, we are planning for minimum disruption and the full continuation of our services. More news on our new offices will follow as soon as it becomes available plus our 'Contact us' section will have the new office details as soon as they are confirmed.

The name Delta Technology has been around since our inception in 1988. It is a name with an excellent reputation and a solid background from within the Oil and Gas Industry. Given the growth and expansion we have seen in our business over the last few years that has led us to working with new clients from different industries we are now embarking on an exciting new journey and the first part of this is a name change that we believe better reflects our position in the market place. From January 1st 2010 Delta Technology will change its name to Delta Energy Services. Delta Technology UK Ltd has engaged in a working partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (UKTI) and several offices of the Chamber of Commerce

Delta Energy Services are pleased to announce they have recently been awarded a contract to provide Auditing Services to AGIP KCO's Supplier Qualification process.

On Friday 2nd October staff from the Delta Technology's office in the UK, took part in a UK wide charity event to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. To help raise funds all staff either bought or made cakes, biscuits and sweets to sell within the office plus they made coffee and tea all day for a small donation.
